When purchasing the service, customers mustfill in the device's IMEI number and the purchase date in the remarks column onthe purchase page. Otherwise, vivo HK reserves the right to invalidate or notrecognize the add-on order.

The service is considered successfullypurchased once the customer receives the "X300 FE Screen ProtectionAdd-on" purchase confirmation email.
